1. Compressive AMC:

• AMC contract include one year and four time services & complaint.


• Four routine services.


• Immediate attendance of breakdown, if any.


• It include all spare parts.

1. Each unit will provided FOUR routine services in a year, which will be done at quarterly
   During the year. The routine servicing will cover the following.
   1. Checking Connections at the main plug & controls within the unit.
   2. Checking motor & motor bushings.
   3. Cleaning of indoor blower motor, air filter, evaporator coil, condenser coil & drain pipe & tray.
   4. Oiling for the motors if required.
   5. Checking cooling efficiency.
2. The contract covers only electro mechanical rotation parts and accessories, free Replacement excludes all plastic part, condenser coil, evaporator coils and all sheets Metal parts and voltage stabilizers.


3. The covers free replacement of the following- All electric parts such as compressor, Capacitor, relays, thermostats, air swing motor, OLP, fan motor and electrical wiring Within the unit as result of normal wear and tear. In case there is a Gas leak in the System, we shall carry out the leak test, rectify the same, pressure test the system, Vacuum the system, gas charge the same and restart the unit after running/checking it For at least 6-12 hrs, at no extra cost.


4. We shall attend to the unit, for any problems with the air conditioner whenever called By you. The complaint will be attend by the next working day of the same being Reported.


5. If during the course we find that any of the sheet metal parts or coils needs to be Replaced, the same shall be indicated to you.


6. If the company decides to terminate the maintenance contract before the completion of The contract a pro-rata refund of the fee for the unexpected period (full month) only Will be made by us.


7. If the owner wishes to withdraw the contract before the completion of the contract period a pro-rate refund of the fee only for the month less the cancellation @15% of the contract amount will be made by us.


8. Defects in the electrical installation outside the unit should be rectified by the owner. Current fluctuations, if any should also be attend to by the owner’s Electrical contractors. Any damages caused to the unit to faulty electrical installations or fluctuating electric current shall be corrected at the cost of the owner.


9. The unit is covered under this contract at the above mentioned location only Shifting/Reinstallation of the unit by parties other than us. Absolves us all responsibilities and undertaking herein the above agreed upon and we shall not assume any responsibility for any damage caused by such unauthorized handling of the unit. Shifting/Reinstallation of the unit by ourselves would be carried out at an additional cost.


10. We also deserve the rights to withdraw this contract for maintenance of the unit at the changed location.


11. We option to terminate this contract if the unit serviced/repaired/handled in any manner by any party other than ourselves. Any repairing servicing/handling of the unit by any other party in any manner, abovsolves us of all responsibilities in terms of the contract.
